2009 Ohio State 4-H Livestock Skillathon Team Information
Applications are now being accepted for the 2009 Ohio State 4-H Livestock Skillathon Team. Applications are due no later than September 4th. Please click on the link below to access the application online and the letter to potential Skillathon team members. The letter includes details as to what is expected of interested youth. You may either print the form and mail it to the address below using the email application button located on the form, or email the applications to the email address listed below. For those using Adobe Reader, only the information on the form will be sent by email due to the function abilities of Adobe Reader. Any version of Adobe Acrobat should allow you to save the file and attach it in an email.
